Sunday afternoon marked the start of a very busy and exciting week for some kids in Brockport.

Camp Abilities returned to the College at Brockport campus for the 18th year.

Children who are blind, visually impaired, and deaf-blind all take part in the developmental sports camp that includes things like riding bikes and horses, playing baseball and running track, and performing in archery and judo.

Organizers say it's a great time for everyone involved.

"It's a great experience for the kids. We love to have them every year and we look forward from the day it ends until the next summer and so do the kids. The kids are telling me they have camp countdowns on the wall where they're ripping off days, so it's amazing,” said Tiffany Mitrakos, Camp Abilities organizer.
