A man accused in the 1991 killing of a Greece music teacher will go to trial this fall.

Edward Laraby was in court Wednesday. He's charged with murder in the death of Stephanie Kupchynsky, an accomplished violinist and music teacher.

Laraby is currently serving time in Wende Correctional Facility for convictions in other crimes.

He appeared in court Wednesday in a wheelchair. He's extremely ill from Lou Gehrig's Disease and in exchange for statements about Kupchynsky's death, proseuctors agreed that once he dies, Laraby would be buried in a private cemetery rather than a prison owned one.

The case will go to trial in September.
