The man charged in a deadly crash in Pittsford last month has been indicted by a grand jury.
Michael Weber was indicted on charges of second-degree manslaughter, second-degree vehicular manslaughter and DWI.
Sheriff's Deputies say Weber was drunk when he lost control of his car and slammed into a tree on East Street near Thornell Road in Pittsford in the early morning hours on August 26. Weber's passenger, 20-year-old Joel Ajavon was pronounced dead at the scene. Weber, who was injured, was released from Strong Hospital last week. He's now being held in the Monroe County Jail.
