Two people are facing drug charges following a month-long investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in the Villages of Albion and Medina.
Investigators with the Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force tell News10NBC they conducted a vehicle stop on Sunday on McKinstry Street in Albion and arrested 32-year-old Timothy Turner of Rochester and 20-year-old Brigitte Lutsch of Brockport. During the stop, investigators say police seized a quantity of crack cocaine, powder cocaine, heroin, marihuana, cash and drug paraphernalia.
Turner, who is currently on parole, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Lutsch is charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
