We’ve been tracking contract discussions between Wegmans and the union representing transportation and distribution employees in Rochester.
New Thursday, Wegmans says the members of that union voted in favor of its contract proposal.
This proposal was originally agreed to by the company and teamsters officials last month, but the members rejected it.
The agreement includes a $1,000 lump sum payment for full-timers an 18 percent pay increase over the course of the contract and a move to the Wegmans retirement plan.
