A father meets face to face with the men accused of killing his teenage son. He speaks for the first time to News10NBC after the arraignment of two suspects charged with murder.

Twenty-two-year-old Taiquan Elmore pleaded not guilty Tuesday morning to murder. He was arrested Saturday. Then late last night, 18-year-old Pedro Diaz was also charged with the same homicide of Tysean Williams. Williams was just 15-years-old.

According to court paperwork, Elmore and Diaz forced their way into an Adams Street home on Wednesday night armed with handguns and shot Williams. He later died at Strong Hospital.

Williams was a sophomore at Wheatland-Chili High School. His mother says he wanted to become a web designer. Williams's father, Cornelius Porter, says the arrests bring some relief to the family, but it won't bring his son back.

Cornelius Portis, father, said, “He was just one of those kids who got taken for nothing and I just feel bad about it.”

Perry Duckles, Assistant District Attorney, said, “Tysean was not the intended target. It's just a horrible set of circumstances that led to his death.”

Pedro Diaz is due back in court Wednesday to be assigned an attorney. Taiquan Elmore is scheduled for a prelimenary hearing on Thursday. Both are being held without bail.
