Officials are getting the word out of on initiative that could save your life.
An information session on the Yellow Dot program will take place in Canandaigua. It’s aimed at getting people living in Ontario County on board.
How it works: You put the yellow dot on your car or near your front door. It alerts first responders that you have a medical condition and to look for an information card nearby.
Friday’s meeting is at 10:30 a.m. at the Quail Summit on Parish Extension Street in Canandaigua.
