The University of Rochester and George Eastman House announced Wednesday that the two are teaming up to offer a new master's degree in photographic preservation and collections management.
This is the only program of its kind in the country. It's dedicated to the study of photos as objects and how to care for and handle the photos. Officials say the degree will prepare graduates to work as archivists, collections managers and a variety of other jobs.
Enrollment for the degree program begins this month. For more information, click here
