Fire officials say a call for a possible explosion inside a city building is likely an electrical issue.

The Rochester Fire Department responded to Industrial Furnace on Humboldt Street around 3:00 p.m. for a possible explosion and smoke in the building.

At this hour, fire officials think there was a problem in an electrical vault in the building where all the high voltage wires come in. They're waiting for RG&E to come look at the issue further. Power is only out to part of that building.
