Would you ever dare to rappel 21 stories down the side of the First Federal Building?

The Boy Scout Council's annual 21 Stories for Scouts event will be held on May 16. To participate, you have to raise $1,000 and all the money goes to local scouting programs in the city.

Today, News10NBC’s Pat Taney took the plunge. He joined the ranks of Rich Caniglia, Nikki Rudd and Amanda Ciavarri who have rappelled in years past.
