Lieutenant Governor Bob Duffy visited Penn Yan Thursday to tour the flood damage.

News10NBC caught up with him as he walked around with a group, looking at the effects this week’s flooding had. The lieutenant governor says he's there to find out what the people in Penn Yan need.

Lt. Gov. Bob Duffy said, “I am here to get a sense what's needed. As I said, having been in public safety for a big part of my career, I’m not here to say what we're going to do, I'm here to ask what you need.”
