The Easter Seals Walk with Me Run and Walk took place in Genesee Valley Park on Saturday. The 5K raises money to help make a difference in the lives of children and adults with disabilities in the Rochester community.

The Easter Seals is a non-profit organization that assists more than one million people across the country dealing with Autism and other disabilities.

“Easter Seals has a no eject, no reject policy, so everybody is welcome. We really provide services for those that need it. We don’t turn anybody away. It’s a really great organization,” said Mick Wood of the Easter Seals of New York.

News10NBC had a team running in Saturday's 5K, and Nikki Rudd was the EMCEE.
