Indictment dismissed against former Greece sergeant
A judge has dismissed an indictment against a former Greece Police sergeant who was accused of fabricating a report in a fatal accident four years ago.
According to Monroe County District Attorney Mike Green, Judge Francis Affronti late Monday afternoon dismissed an indictment against Brian Ball.
According to Green, Judge Affronti in his written decision said that the DA's office did not provide enough legal information and details about the investigation into Brian Ball's activities when Ball was to be questioned by a grand jury.
District Attorney Mike Green says his office plans to appeal Judge Affronti's ruling.
