A cry for help to find missing family

It’s a plea for help today from family and friends.  A New York City family disappeared in Rochester nearly two years ago.

Sasha Davis, Jarib Bennet and baby -Selah Davis - left New York City for Rochester in February of 2008.

Their car was found on Genesee Street, but there was no sign of them. Friends and family members haven't given up hope. They met today with investigators from the RPD’s major crimes unit on West Broad Street, near a billboard of the missing family. They begged people with information to come forward.

Tricia-Ann Mcintosh, family friend: "We beg you, please. Say something. Put a mom out of her misery of not knowing where her daughter and granddaughter is. Put friends out of their misery, aunts, we just need answers."

Friends of the family were also in town in March of last year, handing out fliers and doing their own search.

If you have any information on their disappearance, you're asked to call 911.
