Teen arrested for "sexting" to minor in Canandaigua

State Police have arrested a Seneca County man in Canandaigua for sending indecent pictures on his cell phone to a minor.

Joshua W. Thomas of Ovid, NY was arrested Monday for Dissemination of Indecent Material to a Minor and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Thomas was arraigned in Manchester Town Court.
