Persons of interest in Gates double murder indicted on robbery charges

null Three men who are considered persons of interest in a double murder in Gates have been indicted in connection with a series of robberies and home invasions.

Indicted are Shawn Rucker, Anthony Henderson and Carlton Briggs. Rucker was indicted on charges of criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degrees. Henderson and Briggs were each indicted for kidnapping. Henderson was also indicted on a weapons charge and Briggs was indicted for robbery.

All the charges the men were indicted on are city charges.

Gates Police say the three are persons of interest in the murder of Luis Davila and Lydia Bryant. The couple was found dead inside their Gates home on November 30th.

Rucker, Henderson and Briggs have not yet been charged in those murders.
