A former teacher has been arrested for taking inappropriate photos of students on his cell phone.

29-year-old Joshua Weatherall, of Brockport, is charged with unlawful surveillance, eavesdropping, computer trespass and endangering the welfare of a child. Weatherall was a teacher at the Holley Junior/Senior High School.  He has since left his teaching position.

Police say while he was a teacher, Weatherall took inappropriate photos of the students on his cell phone. Some pictures were taken with consent, some without. Investigators say there are fewer than ten victims.

The arrest was made after a four month investigation by the Holley Police Department that begins in September.

Weatherall was arraigned by Murray Town Court and he was released on $5,000 bond.
