Woman arrested after hitting cow in Perry

A woman was arrested after her car hit a cow in the town of Perry.
The Wyoming County Sheriff's Office says 34-year-old Jessica L. Rodriguez called them from her house in the Town of Pike to report that she had hit a cow on State Route 39 in the Town of Perry.
Sheriff's deputies found that Rodriguez had a suspended license for failing to pay a driver responsibility assessment free.
Rodriguez was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation. She is due back in court on February 29.
Sheriff's deputies say the cow was not injured in the crash.
