Deputies: Shortsville woman drove with her baby on her lap

A Shortsville mother is facing charges after Ontario County sheriff's deputies say she was driving with her 11-month-old baby in her arms.
Deputies went to the home of 34-year-old Michelle Pascarella-Frazer Tuesday for a separate case and that's when they say she drove up with a baby on her lap.
She's charged with child endangerment.
The baby is now staying with other family members.
