Two men rescued after canoe flips over

Sheriff's Deputies rescued two men who were canoeing in the Canandaigua Outlet near Phelps Wednesday evening.
Deputies say the men, who are 26 and 27, hit a partially submerged tree just after 6 p.m. They say the canoe flipped over and they had to be pulled out of the water.
The 27-year-old was taken to Geneva General Hospital with a shoulder injury.
