Officials: Robber caught due to slow-moving elevator

It's a valuable lesson for anyone who commits a crime in a tall building. When you're planning your getaway- don't wait for the elevator.
A Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted 43-year-old Tyrone Cunningham on one count of third-degree robbery. Police say he went into an apartment complex in May and robbed a woman in an elevator.
The woman got away, and several minutes later, says she found Cunningham still inside the very slow-moving elevator.
Cunningham was arrested, and now faces up to 7 years in prison.
