Arrest made in connection to Wheatland shooting

Police tell News10NBC 20-year-old Vincenzo Zagari of Spencerport was arrested and arraigned early Saturday morning in connection to the shooting of Angel Figueroa.

Figueroa, 42 of Rochester, was shot in torso on June 18 in the Town of Wheatland on June 18.

Zagari was charged with first-degree .
