Pavilion woman arrested for DWI under Leandra's Law

NYS Police tell News10NBC a Pavilion woman was arrested under DWI Leandra’s Law.

State Troopers in Warsaw say 40-year-old Angela Kruse, of Pavilion, was driving in the Covington area on June 22 when a third party reported a possible intoxicated driver.

Kruse was discovered with a BAC of .14% with a 4-year-old girl in her vehicle in Tops parking lot in LeRoy.

Kruse will answer to the felony charges at a later date – and she has been sent to Genesee County Jail on bail.
