Police: Man spit in woman’s face during domestic dispute in Canandaigua

A Syracuse man is facing charges after a domestic dispute in Canandaigua.

Dusean Price, 36, is charged with harassment, criminal mischief, criminal trespass and endangering the welfare of a child.

Police say Price entered a home on West Gibson Street unlawfully and got into a fight with the woman who lives there. Investigators say Price knocked the phone from her hand as she was trying to call 911 and later spit in her face.

According to police, Price also subjected another man in the home to physical contact and threatened to kill him. The alleged incident took place in front of three young children.

Price was remanded to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
