Wyoming Co. man facing charges after domestic incident

A 53-year-old Wyoming County man has been arrested following a domestic incident in Attica.

Police say Steven Baker grabbed a woman by the hair and strangled her. The victim suffered neck, wrist and leg pain.

Baker was arraigned on assault and criminal obstruction of breathing charges and held on $1,000 bail.
