Police ID man hit and killed by car in Penfield

Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies have identified a man who was hit and killed by a car on Empire Boulevard near Bay Road in Penfield late Tuesday night.

Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies say the female driver did not see 51-year-old Daniel A. Pfuhl , of Rochester, in the road.

Prior to the crash, deputies say another driver witnessed the Pfuhl walking in the intersection of Bay Road and Empire Boulevard. The witness told deputies Pfuhl appeared drunk and had fallen down.
