Driver in three-car fatal crash ticketed

The Livingston County Sheriff's Office has issued a ticket to a driver involved in a fatal crash on Route 5 & 20 in Lima on Monday.
Russell Mosher, of Lima, was driving an SUV that slammed into a van driven by 43-year-old Michael Cole. The impact forced Cole's van into oncoming traffic.
Cole was pronounced dead at the scene.
Mosher was ticketed for following too closely.
