Ex-wife of Andrew Cuomo charged with driving while impaired

nullThe former wife of Governor Andrew Cuomo was arrested in the town of North Castle for driving while impaired by drugs and striking a tractor trailer.

Police say that Kerry Kennedy was driving erratically on Interstate 684 Friday morning when she hit a tractor trailer. Police found Kennedy in her car on the side of the road. According to her spokesman, Kennedy voluntarily took a breathalyzer, blood, and urine tests, none of which showed drugs or alcohol in her system and she was charged before the results of the tests.
