A controversial decision about the Mall at Greece Ridge could be made Tuesday afternoon.
The Monroe County Industrial Development Agency or COMIDA will meet at 12 p.m. to talk about a proposed tax break for the company that is redeveloping the former Bon-Ton store.
Wilmorite is asking for $3.6-million in tax breaks to go forward with tearing down the Bon-Ton and replacing it with new retail and restaurant space.
The Greece Central School District says if the tax breaks are approved it could lose tax revenue.
