Officials at St. Ann’s plan to implode the circular housing tower located on its campus off Portland Avenue, directly across from Rochester General Hospital. The implosion will happen approximately at 10:00a.m. on Saturday July 28. Public viewing of the implosion will not be permitted from the Rochester General campus.
