Canandaigua man charged with second-degree rape

A 26-year-old Canandaigua man has been arrested on rape charges.

Police say Kristopher Kane had sex with a 14-year-old female at a home in Canandaigua. He is charged with second-degree rape.

Kane was arraigned and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
