Irondequoit Police have arrested three teenagers and charged them with the armed holdup of a 7-Eleven store on Empire Blvd early Wednesday morning.
Breshawn Wise, 17, and 16-year-olds Treykwan Hicks and Deandre Lee, all of Irondequoit, are charged with robbery and grand larceny.
Police say two of the men entered the store, one of them acting as a lookout, and the other carrying what appeared to be a black handgun. Police say the clerk was threatened by the male with the gun and the suspect demanded money, and then took off into a getaway car.
A witness alerted a passerby who followed the vehicle into Kennedy Circle, where police found the two teens.
During the investigation, police learned that a third individual was involved with the robbery. All three were then arrested.
