Woman killed in one-car crash on Route 490

A woman is dead after a one-car crash on Route 490. It happened around 5:40 a.m. Sunday.

Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies say 25-year-old Sean Bailey of Rochester was eastbound on Route 490 when the vehicle went off the road, east of the Churchville exit.

Police say 18-year-old Caitlyn Sibley of Greece was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

Back passenger, 19-year-old Kelley McNeil of Rochester, and Bailey suffered minor injuries.
