Twenty-five people arrested after Allman Brothers/Santana concert at Darien Lake

Genesee County Sheriff’s deputies say 25 people were arrested over the weekend during the Allman Brothers/Santana concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center.
The most serious incident involved a woman from Tonawanda who was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Police say she caused a disturbance while being ejected from the concert venue and then physically resisting arrest.
A Rochester man was charged with DWI following the concert. Connor B. Holly, 24, of Rochester was charged with DWI and driving with .08% or more blood alcohol level. Police found him driving in the parking lot while under the influence of alcohol.
A Rochester man and a Honeoye Falls woman were charged with possession of marijuana. John D. Romero, 20, of Rochester, and Megan E. Wells, 19, of Honeoye Falls, were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol under 21. Police say Romero and Wells were in possession of marijuana and alcohol.
Twenty-one people were charged with underage drinking. They were issued an appearance ticket and will appear in court on August 7.
