Park Ave Fest starts Saturday

There’s a lot of work going on Friday in the Park Avenue area.

The annual festival starts Saturday and this day was spent getting everything in place. You will be able to find all sorts of things for sale and all sorts of food items too.

Organizers say there's a wide variety of vendors from all over the country and there's something for everyone. Jeff Springut said, “We've got almost 350 artists and exhibitors this year, from 22 states and Canada. I'd say about 10 to 15-percent of those artists are new, so there's a lot of new creative energy which is what the show's all about."

The festival runs Saturday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
