A Sodus man is under arrest, after deputies say he was yelling at cars passing by a grocery store.
Deputies arrested 56-year-old Winston Champlin for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
When deputies arrived, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office says Champlin was yelling obscenities and being loud. Deputies say he refused to stop being loud, and was arrested after a struggle.
Champlin was arraigned in Town of Sodus Court, and taken to jail in lieu of bail. He will answer to the charges in court at a later date.
