Power restored to Penfield residents following outage

A power outage Saturday night in Monroe County left nearly 3,000 residents without power. Most of the outages were in Penfield but News10NBC has learned from Rochester Gas and Electric officials that they have restored power to all Penfield residents.
However there are still more than 200 people without power in the county.
The cause of the Penfield outages was a problem at one of the area's substations.
