nullAn Ontario County man is facing multiple charges after police responded for reports of a domestic dispute.

20-year-old Brandon Perry, of Stanley, is charged with harassment, unlawful imprisonment, criminal mischief and criminal obstruction of breathing.

Police say they were called to a home in Canandaigua for reports of a domestic dispute.

According to investigators, Perry held a female victim down while covering her nose, mouth and throat. Officials say he also prevented the victim from calling 911 by throwing her call phone.

Perry was remanded to Ontario County Jail until arraignment.
