The last East End Fest as we know it?

A lot of people are hoping that Friday night's East End Festival isn't a complete washout.
It could be the last East End Festival as most people know it. Last month, organizers said the summer tradition has become a victim of its own success. They say it helped bring business and housing to the neighborhood, but lately there has been an increase in complaints about noise and traffic.
Organizers are working to create a toned-down version for next summer.
