Two Rochester women are facing charges after arson investigators say they tried to firebomb a home on Avenue D.
Ashley Brown, 21, and 21-year-old Yasmine Hall are charged with attempted arson.
Investigators say the women threw a Molotov cocktail from a vehicle at an occupied home on August 8 around 11:30 p.m.
The Molotov cocktail didn’t hit the house but just missed a person standing outside the home. Arson investigators say the attempted fire bombing was part of an ongoing dispute.
No one was injured.
