Man pleads guilty to posing as Justin Bieber online

An Alabama man faces between 25 and 35 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to posing as pop star Justin Bieber online.

Authorities say 31-year-old Christopher Patrick Gunn would pretend to be "The Beeb" online and offer young girls free tickets and backstage passes to concerts - while urging them to send him explicit photos and of themselves. Gunn has pleaded guilty to producing child pornography.

Authorities say Gunn used chat rooms and other social media outlets as part of what they call a far-ranging "online sextortion scheme" that included ruses other than posing as Bieber.
