Outsourcing bike lessons?

Learning to ride a bike can be a huge part of a childhood but not every parent can teach their children how to ride so they are turning to others.

Bicycle instruction is a growing industry with more parents choosing to pay others to teach their children.

Many parents say they don't have the time and some just don't know how to ride themselves.

The growing need even has some communities setting up free programs to show children the ropes.
