Seneca Falls man charged with forcible touching

A 32-year-old Seneca Falls man has been arrested for endangering the welfare of child.

Police say John Schummer Jr. inappropriately touched a 13-year-old child. He is also charged with forcible touching.

Schummer was released on appearance tickets and is due back in court on September 6.
