A motorcyclist involved in a chain reaction crash in Chili has died from his injuries. Strong Memorial Hospital confirmed the information overnight to News10NBC.
Investigators say 54-year-old Craig Person of Rochester was driving the motorcycle Thursday on Scottsville Road near Paul Road.
Police say a West Henrietta man spilled his coffee, then slammed his car into the back of a pick-up truck sending it into oncoming traffic, hitting a motorcyclist. A school bus that was behind the motorcycle hit one of the cars.
The first driver, with the coffee, was ticketed for following to closely.
