Update: Little girl who fell into Erie Canal shows signs of improvement

There is some encouraging news about a little girl whose stroller plunged into the Erie Canal last month while she and her brother were out for a walk with their dad.
Selah Clanton is breathing on her own, according to her mother. News10NBC has also learned she is showing some neurological activity.
Her brother, Sam, who was also in the stroller, is doing fine.
