Senator Kirsten Gillibrand in Rochester Friday

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is making a stop in Rochester Friday to promote a bill that aims at revitalizing abandoned factory sites.

She will visit the former Vacuum Oil site on Flint Street near the Genesee River in Rochester.

News10NBC is told the City is working to revitalize old industrial areas along the Genesee River.
