Kesean McKenzie-Smith, 21 -- one of the men charged in the shooting death of a teenager outside a Gates shoe store -- was supposed to face a judge Friday morning but his case was waived to a grand jury.

He and William Wilkins III are accused of trying to rob 19-year-old Montre Bradley three weeks ago while he was waiting in line to buy a new pair of shoes. Police say during the attempt, Bradley was shot and killed.

Police believe they hall the suspects in this case in custody.
