Driver charged with DWI after wild crash on East Avenue

News10NBC has learned new information about a wild crash that happened near the Wegmans on East Avenue. The driver is charged with DWI. 

His car flipped over and crashed into a parked car around 2:30am Friday morning. The impact then sent the parked car into another parked car, causing a chain-reaction crash.

There were beer cans all over the street. The driver, Theodore Hill is 24-years-old from Rochester. He was treated for minor injuries at Strong Hospital. Police say Hill ran away after the crash, but they found him in the area.
