nullA woman accused of attacking an elderly homeowner in Greece was in court this morning.

Prosecutors say Sarah Cushman helped hold down a 99-year-old man during a home invasion last December.

She is charged with seven counts of burglary and robbery, including a string of tanning salon robberies across Monroe County.

Cushman was scheduled for a plea today in State Supreme Court, but her attorney Joe Damelio asked for more time to work through details of the plea agreement.

Her co-defendants Jacob Buchanan and John Meyers have already pleaded guilty to charges and will spend 15 years in prison.

Meyers punched an 84-year-old woman in the face during a burglary in Greece on Christmas Eve.

Assistant District Attorney Pat Farrell says Cushman is looking at 12 years in state prison if she pleads guilty.

Cushman is due back in court Friday at 9:30 am.
