Wyoming County SPCA reopens

nullThe Wyoming County SPCA in Attica officially reopened its doors Sunday.

Earlier this year, investigators discovered numerous code violations and other issues. Troopers and investigators raided the facility last February.

More than 500 dogs and cats were seized in that raid. The former board president and the former shelter manager faced various charges.
